Protection of personal data 

We attach great importance to the protection of personal data of our partners and those with whom we come into contact as part of our activities. We take the new personal data protection legislation (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) seriously and have implemented it in our internal procedures and policies.

The controller of your personal data is:

For our operation we need from time to the personal data of specific individuals. We always obtain and retain your personal data on the basis of at least one of the following legal reasons:

  • Performance of a contract: in order to conclude a contract and subsequently perform it, we need your basic identification and contact data, or similar data about other persons (e.g. contact persons, etc.). 
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: sometimes we may acquire or retain your personal data because it is required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act).
  • We can collect and retain your personal data on the basis of your consent: if we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests:  We may process your personal data for reasons of legitimate interest, such as, for example, protection against possible legal disputes.
    Processing duration 

We always process personal data only for the absolutely necessary time. After we are no longer authorised to process your personal data, we delete them or anonymize the documents in which they are contained.

The sharing of personal data 

As part of the operation and functioning of the controller, we also use the services of external collaborators or suppliers, who may also gain access to personal data as part of the provision of these services. We strive to select only those processors who provide sufficient guarantees of personal data protection, and they are tied to these guarantees contractually.

As a data subject you have:

  • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data,
  • the right to request the erasure of your personal data that we are processing,
  • the right to access to your personal data that we are processing,
  • the right to correct your personal data that we are processing,
  • the right to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • the right to portability of your personal data that we process.

Exercising your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time online via e-mail to info@czechtour.com. In order to ensure that we are really communicating with the data subject and that there is no unauthorised leak of personal data, we are obliged to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, we cannot comply with your request. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, at the latest within one month of its submission.
