The second largest monument reserve in the Czech Republic offers a number of attractive places: monasteries and temples, art and technical museums, large parks, a zoo and an aqua park. The pride of Olomouc is the Baroque column of the Holy Trinity on Horní náměstí, which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001.
Pustevny is a saddle in the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains near Radhošť, which belongs to the village of Prostřední Bečva. It was named after the hermits who lived here until 1874. Typical of Pustevny are wooden buildings built in the folk style at the end of the 19th century on the design of Dušan Jurkovič.
